Referrals can be a one step process! When a prospective client contacts you, you can give them a live link to their consult list, without the phone tag. After you enter a case, you will choose how to share the list of clinician's who responded and offered a consult (what we call the "consult list.") You may choose to copy the link to share, email it to yourself so that you may share on your compliant platform/email, or text message the link, with the client's consent.

Here's how:

After you have entered your case, the last step will direct you to share the consultation offer report (what we call the client's consult list).

This consult list is a live, custom link, that updates to include the names of clinicians who respond to the case and offer a consultation.

You have three options on how to share this link:

  1. Click the "copy link" button and paste it in a portal/secure email]

  2. Enter the phone number of the client for a one time text message of the link

  3. Email the link to yourself, and decide how you'd like to share it later.

Note: You can customize the standard text on the consultation offer report with our pro membership. You can include your standard referral list and any resources you like to pass along.

Want to review offers before having them added to the consultation offer report? Learn how to do that here.
