To deactivate your account, click the "Manage Your Account" icon in the upper right corner, and choose "Memberships".

Under this tab, you'll select the "Deactivate My Account" button.

If you would like, rather than deactivate your account, you may instead choose to Snooze referrals. During the duration of time that you choose to snooze referral requests, clinicians will see that you are not accepting, and you will not receive email digests of new cases. However, if a clinician requests a consultation from you directly, you will still receive an email.
