Facebook groups provide an important center of community for therapists. Consult List is pleased to support therapist communities by providing a responsible way to support the referral process within these groups. By joining the circle, you'll be able to curate your caseload by responding to good-fit consultation requests that show up on your Facebook group. Likewise, you'll also be able to ethically and efficiently find good-fit referrals for the clients you can't serve.

You can choose to seek referrals only through the referral circle, or broaden out your inquiry to other custom lists you make, or all Consult List members licensed within the state of your referral request.

What is a Circle?

A Referral Circle is a group of professionals that have their own place to exchange referrals amongst each other. Unlike a referral list, that has one owner, everyone has access to the referral options within the circle.

How Do I Join?

To join the referral circle Facebook group, use the link that is provided by your Facebook group administrator.

Can I invite other people to join the circle?

That detail is determined by the policy of your Facebook Group Admin.

If I send out a request, can I also include other people outside of the referral circle when I am seeking a consultation offer?

Yes, you can easily do that by choosing who you'd like to include.
